The Sizzler in Lake Forest (shown) is among 55 of the 170 Sizzler restaurants that have been remodeled in 11 states. Sizzler is capping a three-year turnaround effort by moving its headquarters to Mission Viejo. Expansion is also underway for the first time in years.
